Terranet Mobile App provides an innovative self-care solution for Terranet customers, offering fast and easy access to various services and features.

As the first of its kind in Lebanon, Terranet introduces the “parental control” feature, empowering our customers with the ability to:

• Remotely enable or disable internet access in their homes.
• Remotely enable or disable internet access on their children's network only.
• Choose the default parental control package.
• Customize their own parental control package.

Additionally, Terranet provides customers with a valuable tool called “My Home,” enabling them to:

• Monitor connected devices to their home network.
• Block or unblock devices.
• Rename devices.
• Change the wireless password.
• View logs of accessed websites during a specific date range.
